Two bedroom homes range from $299,900 to $713,900 with HOA ranging from $686 to $1064 per month. Three bedroom homes range from $897,900 to $904,900 with HOA ranging from $1350 per month. Penthouse pricing is available upon request. Required earnest money is $10,000. The atmosphere and the energy of this place seemed magical and sexy. This building and style of living isn’t for everyone but once you experience it, you’ll be truly amazed.

Reynoldstown lies in NPU N. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district. Local landmarks include the Colgate Mattress Factory lofts, Trees Atlanta headquarters and nursery, and the former Atlanta & West Point Railroad depot.
Lofts at Reynoldstown Crossing is owned by the BeltLine of Georgia and currently being marketing by The Marketing Directors. The historic building consist of 29 loft homes and was originally built in 1929 as a service building to the A&P Grocery building located directly across on the street which are now converted lofts as well (A&P Lofts). Within the past couple of months, Loft at Reynoldstown Crossing held a drawing/auction to sell these lofts quickly. This property is part of the BeltLine Affordable Housing Trust Fund Down Payment Assistance Program for Community Land Trust. This means that in order to qualify for the down payment assistance of $64,800, you must be a first time home buyer, must be owner occupied (no investors or rental units), and can only have a maximum salaried income of less than $68,300. The property has a whole new vibe now and good sense of energy. I was pleasantly impressed by the finishes and location. The only downfall is you must jump through leaps and bounds just to qualify to purchase a unit. The qualification requirements are VERY specific so if you’re looking to purchase a home quickly, this would not be the property for you.
