Two bedroom homes range from $299,900 to $713,900 with HOA ranging from $686 to $1064 per month. Three bedroom homes range from $897,900 to $904,900 with HOA ranging from $1350 per month. Penthouse pricing is available upon request. Required earnest money is $10,000. The atmosphere and the energy of this place seemed magical and sexy. This building and style of living isn’t for everyone but once you experience it, you’ll be truly amazed.
